As I mentioned last week, Maxboxing is the most progressive boxing site in cyberspace, which means instead of looking back upon a great 2008, we want to take the time to let our readers know what lies ahead in 2009, which I believe will be another stellar year for boxing.
In Part One, the weight classes covered went from strawweight up to jr. featherweight, and I gave my opinions on champions that will stay, champions that will go, and prospects to keep an eye on. Unfortunately, I also listed fighters who should have retired well before last year...
